Delivery areas

We apply delivery charge for deliveries to UK Mainland. For delivery to Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will only be able to deliver to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer. It should be mentioned that we can deliver to these places, but before placing the order you should specify the price for delivery. However, in some cases, depending on which transport carrier we hire, we can provide door to door delivery for the above-mentioned destinations.

Delivery charge

The price for delivery depends from dimensions and weight of the order. A minimum purchase requirement. Orders will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days. However some deliveries may be slightly longer dependent on stock, but about all changes you will be notified by e-mail. However, you should notice that:

The delivery of furniture SZYNAKA usually takes up to 2-3 weeks.

Furniture from TIMOORE and ABSYNTH is delivered within 5-10 weeks.

Delivery time of furniture BRW and JUNONA LINE KITCHEN varies from 2-3 weeks.

The delivery of furniture Possi BRW and Possi Light BRW usually takes up to 5-6 weeks.

Furniture SIGNAL is delivered within 2-3 weeks.

The delivery of furniture BOGFRAN is made within 2-3 weeks.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once the delivery company collected your order we will e-mail you all the details.

Useful information

If you place order on Monday - Friday we do our best to dispatch your ordered goods within 2-3 days.

If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday your order will be dispatched on Monday - Tuesday.

Once your items have been dispatched we will send you an email to confirm.

Delivery Timescale

The delivery is usually performed Monday till Friday. We would like to emphasize that all our customers should rest assured and do not worry about the unexpected delivery. The courier always contacts customers by phone to agree the date of delivery which is most suitable for you. Please check all the contact information which you provide us with in order to avoid misunderstandings. But if you had some changes and you did not have a chance to notify us about it, the courier will leave a notice on your door or mailbox with the phone number of the company so you can contact and arrange a new delivery date and time. We do not make delivery on weekends or bank holidays. However, in some cases, when buyers request weekend delivery we will do our best to arrange delivery on weekends. Please check all the information which you supply us with in order to avoid misunderstandings.
